Grammy Award-winning singer Taylor Swift dropped several subtle hints about performing the Super Bowl 60 halftime show during her appearance on the “New Heights” podcast.
The world’s biggest music star and Kansas City Chiefs superstar tight end Travis Kelce have been in a highly publicized relationship for two years. There have been non-stop rumors about Kelce proposing soon, and some folks believe Taylor Swift hinted at an upcoming wedding during said appearance on “New Heights.”
However, a wedding isn’t the only thing Swift might have hinted at during her appearance on Travis and Jason Kelce’s podcast.
According to The Tennessean, Taylor Swift stated that before her romance with Kelce began, she knew “every halftime show from the Super Bowls, but I didn’t watch the sports.” The 35-year-old also said she’s become obsessed with sourdough bread, noting that she talks “about bread 60% of the time.”
So, what gives? Well, next year’s big game at Levi’s Stadium (home of the NFL’s San Francisco 49ers) marks the milestone 60th Super Bowl 60. So, maybe Swift was referencing that with the bread comment?
Also worth noting is the 49ers’ mascot is Sourdough Sam. Finally, Swift mentioned the No. 47 twice, and Levi’s Stadium was the 47th stop on her Eras Tour.
Taylor Swift could be hinting at the 2026 Super Bowl halftime show:
On “New Heights,” Taylor said she has watched every Super Bowl halftime show, thinks about sourdough “60% of the time,” and mentioned the number 47 several times.

Just a fascinating coincidence, or is Taylor Swift spoiling the big surprise? Stay tuned.
Travis Kelce’s father, Ed Kelce, called Swift “a very special” and caring person. In a recent interview with GQ, Travis outlined the similarities between Swift and his mother, Donna.
Taylor and Donna are often spotted watching Chiefs games together at the Arrowhead Stadium studies. We’re sure to see more of that this season.
