The POD staff make their predictions for Super Bowl LIX.

Just two teams remain in the hunt for the Vince Lombardi Trophy ahead of the biggest game of the NFL calendar: Super Bowl LIX. With everything on the line, the Pride of Detroit staff have made their final picks of the season.

Today is a rematch of Super Bowl LVIII, as the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles square off in search of another title for each of these historic franchises. For the Eagles, they’re back in the Big Game™ with a better roster than the last time around. On the other side of the ball, the Chiefs have an opportunity to make history in the modern era—a win tonight would be their third consecutive Super Bowl, something never done before.

The game kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET on FOX with Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady. Brady is making his first appearance in the booth for the Super Bowl, but this will be his 11th time involved in the festivities going back to his playing days. Burkhardt first called the Super Bowl back in 2023.

As we have done in past seasons, our staff will be making weekly predictions for every game on the NFL schedule. Each of the Pride of Detroit staff will pick the moneyline (winner of the game, no spread), but some of the members will also pick against the spread and even the over/under lines—there’s an easy toggle button in the widget below to cycle through the settings. You can also check out all of the odds for this week’s games courtesy of FanDuel Sportsbook.
