ESPN’s Stephen A. Smith revealed his plans for Russia if he were to become President of the United States.

President Donald Trump vowed to end the Russia-Ukraine war within a day of his second term in office. Russia invaded Ukraine on Feb. 24, 2022, and tireless peace negotiations to end the war have been unsuccessful.

Since the United States constitution limits each president to two terms in office, Trump will not be eligible for re-election in 2028, and the American people will hit the voting stations to elect a new POTUS.

Stephen A. Smith has been widely mentioned as a possible candidate to run for the Democratic Party in the 2028 election. Smith is among the way-too-early betting favorites to win the nomination, and the outspoken ESPN personality hasn’t ruled a potential presidential bid in the future.

Chris Russo: "Can you see Stephen A. trying to negotiate the Ukraine-Russia situation?"

Stephen A. Smith: "I know that Russia's ultimate quest is to recapture Europe and I don't want that to happen. Therefore I would help out Ukraine."

During Wednesday’s episode of “First Take”, Stephen A. Smith was asked by Molly Qerim if he’d rather be president or head coach of his beloved New York Knicks, who fired Tom Thibodeau on Tuesday.

Smith said he’d prefer the presidency before telling Chris Russo how he’d handle Russia if he held the presidential chair:

“I would work with the European Union. I would work with the United Nations…I know that Russia’s ultimate quest is to recapture Europe and I don’t want that to happen. Therefore I would help out Ukraine”

Well, it would sure be something to see Mr. Smith try to negotiate with world leaders after all these years of intense sports debates with his ESPN colleagues.
