The Pittsburgh Steelers are 3-1 after a 24-21 win over the Minnesota Vikings. The biggest play of the day came on an 80-yard touchdown strike from Aaron Rodgers to DK Metcalf to make the game 14-3 in the second quarter. Rodgers found Metcalf over the middle on an intermediate pass, and the Pro Bowl wideout did the rest, completing the longest touchdown pass of the season by any team.

However, when asked about the score after the game, Metcalf was quick to give credit to another receiver, saying the play doesn’t happen without Calvin Austin.

“I don’t think any of that happens without CA running his butt off on the backside,” Metcalf said via Mike DeFabo.

Austin got out in front of Metcalf to throw a block near the goal line, which helped propel Metcalf in for the touchdown.

Austin suffered a shoulder injury later on in the game, but took to X afterwards to reassure fans that he was okay.

“Great Dub in Dublin!” Austin said. “I’m all good Steelers Nation, appreciate the messages and concern!”

The Steelers now head into their bye week, where they can focus on getting healthy before returning home for the first time since Week 2 to host the Cleveland Browns.
