PITTSBURGH — Wide receiver Calvin Austin III suffered an injury at Pittsburgh Steelers practice on Friday that has status for the team’s Week 15 home game against the Miami Dolphins.

Austin suffered a calf injury and the team officially listed him as a limited participant. He was seen testing the injury off to the side during practice.

Austin has been the team’s No. 2 wide receiver since the start of the 2024 season, but lost playing time last week to new veteran acquisitions Marquez Valdes-Scantling and Adam Thielen.

Second-year wide receiver Roman Wilson, who was a healthy scratch against the Ravens, would likely replace Austin if he’s unable to dress against the Dolphins.
