Johnson is currently questionable to return with a foot injury for the Steelers. The injury appeared to occur in the first quarter of play.

He is being replaced by Lance McCutcheon. McCutcheon has put the Steelers on the board with their first points of the game after stepping in.

Both Johnson and McCutcheon are on the outside looking in and battling for the Steelers practice squads spots. They could also find opportunities on other rosters.

Johnson previously played for the Denver Broncos before joining the Steelers last season. He appeared in three games and recorded only one catch for nine yards.

Both receivers have played well in the preseason, but opportunities are limited in the league.
