The Pittsburgh Steelers have finalized their initial 53-man roster.
The Pittsburgh Steelers have officially made enough cuts to their roster from the 91 players they carried throughout the offseason, training camp and the preseason, down to the NFL-mandated 53-man maximum.
There are a few noteworthy releases, but there’s a strong chance they could soon be back on the roster as the team continues to make adjustments ahead of its regular season opener against the New York Jets.
Here is the initial 53-man roster:
