PITTSBURGH — The Pittsburgh Steelers have ruled offensive lineman Andrus Peat out for the team’s Week 15 game against the Miami Dolphins. .
Peat remains in the NFL concussion protocol after leaving the team’s Week 14 win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday with a concussion. He did not practice at all this week.
Dylan Cook, who has spent the last two seasons split between the team’s practice squad and active roster, will make his first career start. Cook replaced Peat on Sunday against the Ravens, playing on the 13 final offensive snaps of the game.
Cook started the year as the team’s No. 4 option at left tackle. Starter Broderick Jones (neck) and swing backup Calvin Anderson (knee) are both on the injured reserve list.
