The Pittsburgh Steelers open as 3-point home underdogs for Sunday night’s winner-take-all Week 18 game against the Baltimore Ravens for the AFC North, according to odds posted at DraftKings Sportsbook.

The Steelers are +142 on the moneyline, while the Ravens are -170. The over/under is 42.5 points.

The Steelers-Ravens game in Week 18 will be the first winner-take-all meeting (winner makes playoffs, loser eliminated) in the final week of the regular season in the history of this rivalry.

The Ravens have won five straight on the road, tying their longest road streak in the last six seasons. Baltimore’s last road loss was Sept. 28.

The Ravens defeated the Green Bay Packers on Saturday, 41-24, to keep their season alive. Entering Week 17, the Steelers either needed a Ravens loss or tie on Saturday night, or a win or tie against the Browns on Sunday.

The Steelers continue to struggle on the shores of Lake Erie against the Cleveland Browns. After Sunday’s 13-6 loss, the Steelers are now 1-6-1 against the Browns in Cleveland since 2018.

It’s also another awful Browns team that the Steelers lost to. The 2025 Browns were the worst of the bunch, coming into Sunday’s came with a 3-12 record.

With the Steelers getting upset by the 3-12 Browns, it’s not surprising that the oddsmakers like Baltimore to go into Pittsburgh and take the AFC North crown.

Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is confident that the Steelers will bounce back, however.

“Win or lose, that’s what you do,” Rodgers said. “You move on to the next game. “I have full confidence we’ll go home and win next week.

“We’ve done it all season. We’ve handled diversity well. When we had to play our best ball we did, other than today.”
