PITTSBURGH — Head coach Mike Tomlin gave a positive update on the injury status of Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver DK Metcalf after practice on Friday.
Tomlin said that he expects Metcalf to be able to play this Sunday when the Steelers host the Buffalo Bills in a Week 13 matchup.
Metcalf suffered a left ankle injury last week against the Chicago Bears. He did not practice on Wednesday, but was a full participant on Thursday before Tomlin gave him the green-light on Friday.
