The Steelers announced the elevations of two practice squad defenders for the team’s Week 11 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Linebacker Mark Robinson and cornerback D’Shawn Jamison will join the Steelers roster for the upcoming game, reverting back to the practice squad afterwards.

It’s the second straight week Robinson has been elevated since re-signing with the Steelers. Last week, he played one special teams snap. He provides an extra name at linebacker with Cole Holcomb missing yet another game due to illness.

If Jamison sees the field on Sunday, it’ll mark the first NFL game he’s played in since his 2023 season with the Carolina Panthers. He’s spent the entire season so far on the Steelers’ practice squad after a strong summer in Pittsburgh, spending time in the slot.

Jamison gets the call at cornerback after starter Darius Slay was ruled out for Sunday. The Steelers chose not to elevate new practice squad signing Asante Samuel Jr., who was recently cleared for football activities after undergoing spinal fusion surgery in the offseason.

Pittsburgh kicks off against the Bengals at home on Sunday at 1 p.m. EST.
