🏈 Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Michael Pittman Jr. caught a massive fish on the Fourth of July.

🏈 Steelers outside linebacker Alex Highsmith called Leo Missi the greatest of all time after Argentina’s historic 3-2 win over Egypt in the Round of 16 in the World Cup.

Egypt led Argentina 2-0 late in the match before Messi provided an assist for Cristian Romero in the 79th minute and a goal of his own four minutes later to tie the score.

🏈 Adam Schein believes people are sleeping on the Steelers heading into 2026.

“I feel like Aaron Rodgers has a ton of gas left in the tank. I think Mike McCarthy is a phenomenal head coach, I’m not throwing that word around,” Schein said on the Post Sports Schein Time. “Love what they did in the offseason with Rico Dowdle. I thought that’s a big-time acquisition, when you look at it. Michael Pittman Jr., what a phenomenal, terrific, tremendous acquisition. Man, I’m obsessed. I think people are sleeping on the Steelers. Because you’ve got some change there in Pittsburgh.”

🏈 The Steelers’ founding date was on July 8, 1933. Art Rooney Sr. famously paid a $2,500 franchise fee on May 19, 1933, to establish the Steelers (originally the Pittsburgh Pirates) in the National Football League.

🏈 Will Howard recently enjoyed some golf in Colorado.

Bleier first joined the Steelers in 1968, but his time with the team was interrupted by his military service. Bleier was drafted into the Army on Dec. 4, 1968 and volunteered for infantry duty in South Vietnam.

Bleier was wounded twice in the Vietnam War, taking a bullet in the thigh and then a grenade blast damaged his lower right leg and foot. Despite being told he would not be able to play football again, Bleier rejoined the Steelers in 1970 and resumed playing in the 1971 season.
