🏈 Aaron Rodgers agreed to terms with the Steelers, but don’t expect the four-time league MVP to wear Terry Bradshaw’s No. 12. Bradshaw’s No. 12 is not officially retired, but no one has worn the digit since the Hall of Fame quarterback retired after the 1983 season. The Steelers wouldn’t issue No. 12 to Rodgers without Bradshaw’s blessing. And judging by the four-time Super Bowl champion’s recent comments, that doesn’t seem likely.

Bradshaw called the Steelers’ pursuit of Rodgers a joke and even delivered a personal shot.

“That guy needs to stay in California. Go somewhere and chew on bark and whisper to the gods out there,” Bradshaw said of Rodgers.

Rodgers will most likely wear No. 8 for the Steelers. That was the digit he wore at Cal and with the New York Jets. Corliss Waitman currently wears No. 8, but Rodgers will have it if he wants it.
