🏈 Father Max blessed St. Vincent College’s fields ahead of the start of Pittsburgh Steelers training camp. which begins next week.
Father Max famously blessed Acrisure Stadium field when the Steelers clinched the AFC North last year in dramatic fashion against the Baltimore Ravens.
🏈 Jon Gruden thinks the NFL is heading in the wrong direction because of the lack of QB development at the college level.
“I’d rather slam my hand in a car door than watch some of this,” Gruden said on Cam Heyward’s Not Just Football podcast.

I don’t go on YouTube and watch his highlights, I go in the film room and watch his highlights. I watch games, like really dive deep into his game.”

🏈 Pitt’s head coach Pat Narduzzi weighed in on sharing a stadium and facilities with the Steelers.
“It’s a major, major advantage. Recruits can watch the Steelers practicing. Mike Tomlin, Mike McCarthy … you might be calling me Mike Narduzzi soon,” Narduzzi said, via Brett McMurphy of On3.

Rodgers again played extremely conservative football and essentially refused to get hit, firing short, quick passes all year long,” Jared Dubin of CBS Sports wrote. “Jaylen Warren will split reps with Dowdle, but we kept Warren in the lead role here because he’s the more versatile player. Metcalf isn’t the best fit with Rodgers’ style of play, and he posted the second-fewest yards per game of his career last year. The Steelers were in a virtual tie with the next team on our list.
