The Pittsburgh Steelers signed former Ravens safety Chuck Clark, making it five former Ravens on their defensive roster
Each divisional game in the NFL is filled with familiar faces. But when the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers square off, the recognition will be more than familiar opponents. Now, there’s a handful of former teammates wearing black and yellow as the Steelers have signed their fifth former Raven to the defensive roster with the addition of safety Chuck Clark.
The former Ravens he joins includes safety DeShon Elliott and linebackers Patrick Queen, Malik Harrison and Jeremiah Moon.
The addition of Clark — with regard to the Steelers — comes after the blockbuster trade which sent safety Minkah Fitzpatrick to the Miami Dolphins in exchange for cornerback Jalen Ramsey and tight end Jonnu Smith (along with a pick-swap).
Clark joins a defense littered with familiar faces looking to combat the offensive firepower of the Ravens and Cincinnati Bengals. It remains to be seen if familiarity with former teammates will transition to success.
