Steelers Afternoon Drive: Back on Backers Standouts?
Steelers Now Steelers Now

Welcome to the Steelers Afternoon Drive, our new daily podcast featuring all the latest Steelers news and analysis.

Alan Saunders and Zachary Smith discuss all things Pittsburgh Steelers. On today’s episode, we discuss the winners of the day in the always eventful backs on backers drill which kicked off with the team throwing on the pads for the first time. While their chemistry overall is a work in progress, Aaron Rodgers and DK Metcalf showed once again what they’re able to do in the red zone. Broderick Jones didn’t participate in team drills, but it doesn’t appear his absence from those will be much longer. Troy Fautanu impressed with a couple of wins over TJ Watt in one-on-one drills. What were Alan’s main takeaways from the day?

Let’s go for another Steelers Afternoon Drive and discuss all this!
