Steelers 2025 Best Bets: Odds to keep an eye on for 2025 campaign
Behind the Steel Curtain Behind the Steel Curtain

The 2025 NFL season kicks off in just over a week, with the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys beginning the season next Thursday night. The Pittsburgh Steelers will begin their season against the New York Jets one week from Sunday. Ahead of that, though, our friends at FanDuel are offering fans a great deal.

FanDuel Sportsbook is holding a Flash Sale on Tuesday, August 26 where you can get profit boost tokens around various futures markets throughout the day. The markets will be split up throughout the day, but they will include odds to win the Super Bowl and hypothetical Super Bowl matchups, odds to make or miss the playoffs, win totals, division winners, and player milestones. Head over to FanDuel Sportsbook on Tuesday to take advantage.

So, with that in mind, let’s take a look at some of the notable Steelers odds for the 2025 season.

Win total: 8.5 (+100)

This appears to be the number most sportsbooks select for the Steelers on an almost yearly basis, and they consistently clear it. Take the over.

Aaron Rodgers over 3,200 passing yards: -114

In order for Rodgers to accomplish this, he would have to average just over 188 yards per game. This feels like the sportsbook betting that Rodgers will miss some time. If he plays in all 17 games, though, he smashes this.

Steelers to make the playoffs: +132

You can get plus money betting on the Steelers to make the postseason in 2025. Considering they made the postseason last year with a worse roster and facing a tougher schedule, this feels like as close to a sure thing as you can get, barring anything catastrophic. They have the seventh-best odds in the AFC.

AFC North Champions: +500

We talked a little bit about this earlier in the day, but no team has ever won the AFC North in three consecutive years, going back to division realignment in 2001. The Ravens have won the division the last two years, which means history is working against them. If it comes down to the Bengals and the Steelers, Pittsburgh has a deeper roster.

Super Bowl winner: +5500

The Steelers rank in the bottom half of the NFL when it comes to Super Bowl-winning odds. They have the same odds as the Seattle Seahawks, which feels like a slap in the face. I’m not sitting here picking them to do it, but they’re better than the Seahawks, as well as the Cardinals, Cowboys, and Bears – all of whom have better odds than Pittsburgh.
