There are certain football drills that will separate the boys from the men.
The sport is tough, and you have to be built for certain things, which is why practice is necessary.
What looks like a high school football team recently had to go through a drill that has social media going crazy.
The football drill involves one person having to go through a gauntlet of three players and hit a red bag that is positioned behind all of them.
After battling all three guys for 15 seconds, the player eventually gets to the red bag.

“did this in high school except the third guy had the ball and was able to move around. had a set time to try and tackle him and he was free to roam around the box without stepping out. We called it “escape from baghdad,” a fifth person wrote.
