Social media is destroying Jason and Travis Kelce for having NHL legend Wayne Gretzky as a guest on their “New Heights” podcast.
Jason and Travis Kelce have one of the most popular programs in the world, with “New Heights” regularly topping Spotify’s sports podcasts charts. But fans were disappointed with their decision to bring on the NHL great as a guest for the latest episode.
Gretzky has come under fire, especially in Canada, for vocally supporting President Donald Trump. Gretzky was born and raised in Canada and didn’t move to the United States until 1988, when he was traded to the Los Angeles Kings.
Many Canadians have labeled Gretzky as a traitor for supporting Trump, given the latter’s bizarre and unrealistic push for the country to become USA’s 51st state. Gretzky and his family attended Trump’s election victory party at Mar-a-Lago in November.
So when Jason and Travis Kelce revealed Gretzky as their guest for “New Heights”, fans wasted no time voicing their displeasure.

President Trump has insulted Taylor Swift (her and Travis have been together for two years) and any other major celebrity that has publicly criticized his administration.
