Organization has one of the best winning percentages in NFL in overtime
We all know the Raiders haven’t been great at a lot of things lately, but apparently they have, over the years, maintained a strong ability to deliver in a very clutch way.
Overtime.
In recent information supplied from Pickinem (via a tweet from Dov Kleiman), the Raiders have the fourth best all-time overtime winning percentage in NFL history at 56 percent. Here is the full leader list:
Overtime in a crap shoot, so have a 56 percentage history of winning in the extra period is a pretty good rate.
The Raiders haven’t played an overtime game in the past two seasons. In 2022, they had four such games and went 2-2. In 2021, of course, the Raiders’ season was made on their overtime success as they went 4-0 in overtime, including the season finale at home against the Chargers that sent them to the playoffs.
