Las Vegas could target Minnesota cornerback in free agency
NFL free agency begins in less than three weeks and the rumors and speculation is already flying.
The Las Vegas Raiders are projected to have the second most salary-cap room available in the NFL and with new head coach Pete Carroll vowing to try to win right away, expect Las Vegas to be big spenders in March.
ESPN thinks they could be a great fit for one of the top cornerbacks available, Byron Murphy of the Minnesota Vikings. ESPN analyst Matt Bowen wrote that Murphy would give the Raiders’ a much-needed ball hawk in the secondary.
Murphy had six interceptions in 2024. He is now ready to cash in free agency. Perhaps that will come in Las Vegas.
