PFF thinks he can

The Las Vegas Raiders may need a little luck if one of the top two quarterback prospects available in the 2025 NFL draft falls to them at No. 6.

The two two quarterbacks expected to be available are expected to Miami’s Cam Ward and Colorado’s Shedeuer Sanders. Most NFL observers think both Ward and Sanders will be off the board by the time Las Vegas drafts.

Yet, in its latest mock draft, Pro Football Focus thinks the Raiders could find their next quarterback even by staying at No. 6. The website has Ward falling to the Raiders.

The Ward-Raiders pairing in this mock was made possible by the Tennessee Titans and Cleveland Browns not taking quarterbacks despite the teams at No. 1 and No. 2 and Sanders going to the New York Giants at No. 3.

It’s possible, but I’m not sure Las Vegas should count on this scenario unfolding in reality.
