Fans of the Las Vegas Raiders have gotten used to this.
When their is a change of leadership that usually means there will be big roster changes in that first season.
And, once again, that has rung true for the Raiders. In 2025, of course, John Spytek and Pete Carroll, took over the Silver and Black and they went to work on turning over the roster to reflect their style and needs.
According to Over The Cap, the Raiders have a 50.9 percent retention rate from last season That is tied for the sixth lowest retention rate in the league,
Again, that’s not shocking. The key is for this tandem to stick around a while to finally build some roster stability for the franchise.
