Should John Schneider counter the Myles Garrett trade with his own big move?
Field Gulls Field Gulls

The Seattle Seahawks are reigning Super Bowl champions. I know it’s June, but this is an accurate statement and no one is stopping us from repeatedly bringing that up in introductory paragraphs. The rest of the NFL is looking to get to Seattle’s level, including the Los Angeles Rams, who engaged in an epic trilogy with the Seahawks and fell short in the NFC West race and the NFC Championship Game.

In what’s been a very eventful Rams offseason, they’ve remade their secondary by trading for former Kansas City Chiefs star corner Trent McDuffie, adding his ex-Chiefs teammate Jaylen Watson in free agency, and there’s the big Myles Garrett trade at the expense of Jared Verse. Just imagine if they had used their first-rounder on Rueben Bain Jr and not Ty Simpson. Scary hours.

Despite our high off of finally conquering the Rams, this was an evenly matched series. There is absolutely no huge gap in favor of either team, but as the Rams make their push to win yet another Super Bowl in their home stadium, The Seahawks Syndicate panel wants to know if you believe Seattle should swing a major trade of their own? John Schneider hasn’t been immune to such dealings in the past, and they have the cap space and draft capital to pull something off.

The Seahawks Syndicate goes live at 5:30 pm PT for a roundtable discussion on Seattle’s next move, plus a lot more in a busy week of football news. It’ll be myself, Brandon Cain (The Hawks Nest), Bryce Coutts (Field Gulls and The Hawks Eye), and Dan Viens (Seahawks Forever) all at the helm for enlightening and entertaining Seahawks chatter.

Some of our other topics (time permitting) include:

  • Russell Wilson retires: Is he a Hall of Famer?
  • Nolan Teasley leaves the Seahawks for the Vikings
  • Derick Hall’s contract extension
  • Will the media ever shut up about that two-point conversion?

There are live chats available in the YouTube live stream and on Twitter, but still drop comments in here whether you’re catching us live or not!
