As soon as the NFL announced that Kendrick Lamar would perform the halftime show for Super Bowl LIX, thousands of people already decided that the show would be bad.
Kendrick was set to take the stage at the Superdome just days after “Not Like Us” won five Grammys.
Frustrated Super Bowl viewers thought Kendrick’s performance was a dud.
On the other side, many thousands thought it was one of the best shows they had seen.
The real reaction came from the thousands of people inside the Caesars Superdome.
Footage shows that many folks inside were simply not feeling Kendrick Lamar and his 13-minute set on the field.
this is real life not twitter.
people do NOT know who kendrick is.
instead of him using this stage to properly promote his music & introduce himself to new fans, he made the biggest moment of his career about DRAKE. #obsessed
media outlets are already calling this the worst… pic.twitter.com/6ziEQF1y8S

There is no arguing about what your eyes see in that video.
A performer in Kendrick Lamar’s Super Bowl halftime show had other ideas on his mind after he found himself being detained.
The protester could be seen displaying a flag after Lamar performed his chart-topping diss track “Not Like Us.”
Images and video show that “Sudan” and “Gaza” were written on the white sections of his flag
The NFL confirmed with USA Today that the performer has been banned for life.
“No one involved with the production was aware of the individual’s intent,” the league said in a statement. “The individual will banned for life from all NFL stadiums and events.”
