Cleveland Browns quarterback Shedeur Sanders treated himself to a luxurious six-figure Rolls-Royce after signing his rookie contract.

Last week, Shedeur Sanders signed his four-year rookie deal worth $4.6 million with a $447,380 signing bonus. The Colorado quarterback was taken in round five at No. 144 by the Browns.

Shedeur’s brother, Deion Sanders Jr., posted a behind-the-scenes video of the family’s estate on his Well Off Media YouTube channel. During the video, a truck delivers Shedeur’s shiny new toy: A dark green Rolls-Royce vehicle reportedly worth $500,000.

What’s interesting is that Shedeur Sanders told reporters two weeks ago that he wasn’t looking to buy anything, since he wouldn’t have a high signing bonus. Clearly, however, Sanders decided that he couldn’t pass up on a flashy new vehicle.

"It was the best available number for me”

Sanders has multiple endorsements and banked millions of dollars through NIL (name, likeness, image) deals at Colorado. And if he plays well enough at the NFL level, he’ll be able to start up quite the vintage car collection if he so desires.

Shedeur Sanders Joins Crowded Browns QB Room

The Browns have, by far, the most compelling quarterback competition with training camp quickly approaching: 40-year-old and 2023 Comeback Player of the Year Joe Flacco, 2022 first-round pick and offseason trade pickup Kenny Pickett, Sanders and fellow rookie Dillon Gabriel.

Deshaun Watson is expected to miss most (if not all) of 2025 recovering from a torn Achilles, so it’s really a four-man battle for the QB1 job. Flacco and Pickett may be the early favorites because of their playing experience, but there’s a reason they’ve bounced around the league.

So, consider it a wide-open quarterback competition in Cleveland. Sanders should get every opportunity to prove himself and win the starting duties if he plays well enough in training camp and preseason.
