Shedeur Sanders is injured.

Sanders had a rough debut when he relieved an injured Gabriel against the Baltimore Ravens last month. Now, he is being forced out of a game due to blood on his finger. Sanders got hurt in the second quarter, and it appears to be a finger injury.

The quarterback was getting his pinky worked on in the medical tent. His finger on his throwing hand was clearly bleeding, and it might be a nail issue.
