It’s the 50th anniversary special for both the Seattle Seahawks and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but only one team can be the host, and Lumen Field will be raucous as part of this celebratory game. There will be plenty of Seahawks legends in the building to witness what is hopefully Seattle’s fourth consecutive win of the season.
This is also a special day for Seattle sports. The Seahawks are playing at 1:05 pm PT on CBS, and at a little after 5 pm PT on FS1 we’ll have the Seattle Mariners taking on the Detroit Tigers in Game of the American League Divisional Series. This is the first time since both Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park concurrently existed that we’ve had a Seahawks regular season game/Mariners playoff game doubleheader.
