It looks as if Walker is set to return to the lineup for the Seahawks.
The Seattle Seahawks got good news regarding quarterback Geno Smith’s knee injury, and they have good news at the running back position.
Walker was a full participant at Thursday’s practice, marking his first full practice since he was injured in the Week 13 win over the New York Jets. That’s a good sign toward getting back onto the field. Zach Charbonnet, who’s started four games in Walker’s absence at separate points of the season, was upgraded to a limited participant with an oblique injury.
Once again, the aforementioned Smith was a full participant and offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb confirmed that he took every first-team snap in practice. Consider him good to go unless he has a Friday setback.
The only DNPs that were not rest days were tight end Brady Russell and the seldom-used Trevis Gipson. Otherwise this is a fairly promising injury report, made a little more promising knowing center Olu Oluwatimi was also able to practice in some capacity.
Here’s the full Thursday injury report. Friday will be game designations in addition to the final practice.
