It was a great 2025 season for the Seahawks, whom need I remind everyone just won the Super Bowl. They ended the regular season as the No. 1 scoring defense, something they experienced from 2012-2015 during their legendary Legion of Boom run.
With a tough schedule (on paper) and more roster changes on defense than offense, it wouldn’t be a surprise if the Seahawks defense wasn’t as dominant as last season. And yet, that doesn’t even mean the Seahawks still won’t finish with the best scoring defense, as evidenced by the 2014 group not being as legendarily great as the 2013 team.
