The Seattle Seahawks’ initial practice squad is here!
Unsurprisingly, the Seahawks practice squad is exclusively stocked with players who were on their preseason roster. Waived rookie draft picks Damien Martinez and Ricky White III are among the notable players on offense, while the defense includes preseason standouts Brandon Pili and Patrick O’Connell.
There were reports of 2025 Los Angeles Rams fifth-round pick Pooh Paul and Denver Broncos receiver/return specialist Courtney Jackson heading to Seattle’s practice squad, and obviously while that may still happen, keep in mind that the Seahawks are practicing on Wednesday and their arrivals could be imminent.
Without further ado, here’s your first Seahawks practice squad, which is subject to change as soon as Thursday.
Notable absences include Tyreke Smith, Damarion Williams, and Seth Coleman, otherwise the majority of the players they waived on Tuesday were re-signed to the practice squad. Bohanna and Jean-Charles are vested veterans and could directly sign as free agents.
