The Seattle Seahawks concluded their penultimate practice of Week 1 with a couple of starters not participating.
Cornerback Riq Woolen sat out with an illness, while starting right guard Anthony Bradford popped up on the report with a back issue. Both of those players will obviously be monitored closely when game designations are announced on Friday.
On the plus side, Tory Horton was a full participant for a second day running, so he’s just about a lock to play on Sunday. Jake Bobo, Uchenna Nwosu, and Cody White remain limited participants, while Dareke Young’s health is a question mark after a second straight day without practicing due to a hamstring injury.
Four receivers on the injury report is bad news, but Horton is on track to play, while it’s TBD on Bobo and White.
Meanwhile, the 49ers injury report now includes running back Christian McCaffrey, who left as a precaution due to a calf issue. Otherwise, for as lengthy as the injury report looks for San Francisco, no one was a DNP on Thursday.
