Complete coverage of the Seattle Seahawks at the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay.
The 2025 NFL Draft is at historic Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin from Apr. 24-26. As ever, it’s another critical three days ahead for the Seattle Seahawks.
Seattle enters draft week with 10 picks, including five in the top 100, but it’s how the Seahawks got that many picks in the first place that is fascinating. For the first time since 2020, the Seahawks picked up multiple compensatory picks. They also traded away quarterback Geno Smith to the Las Vegas Raiders for an additional third-rounder, as well as parted ways with wide receiver DK Metcalf in order to get a second-rounder from the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Surprise, surprise, the Seahawks’ biggest considered draft need is once again the offensive line. Poor interior offensive line play damaged them heavily last year, so it’s an expectation that they will take an offensive lineman (or two) sooner rather than later. There are also question marks at wide receiver, where the Seahawks only have two under contract through 2026 (Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp), cornerback (very little depth below Riq Woolen, Devon Witherspoon, and Josh Jobe), and inside linebacker (close to zero regular season experience outside of Tyrice Knight and Ernest Jones IV).
Then there’s quarterback. Will the Seahawks still draft a QB even after signing Sam Darnold to a three-year contract worth over $100 million? If so, how early? And will Sam Howell be traded on draft night after the return of Drew Lock?
This is a hugely important draft for John Schneider, who enters his second full offseason without Pete Carroll, and it’s the first “normal” offseason for Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald.
Below is all of our NFL Draft coverage for the Seahawks, all the way through the end of the draft and including undrafted free agent news. We know the Seahawks are really good at finding UDFA gems.
