It’s time to look at the results from this week’s Seahawks Reacts survey! The confidence poll bizarrely dropped to 77% after the narrow win over the Indianapolis Colts, then rose to 96% after the dramatic win over the Los Angeles Rams, and now after beating the Carolina Panthers to move one step closer to the NFC West title, the new confidence rating is… three percentage points lower? Okay.
Look, I don’t discount a few San Francisco 49ers fans perusing Field Gulls and making a dent on the results. Otherwise, the offensive struggles surely aren’t enough to cause such a reaction.
Anyway…
Seahawks or 49ers? Who wins the NFC West and the number one seed? Over 80 percent see the Seahawks prevailing, although most respondents predict a close victory in Santa Clara.
The Seahawks haven’t won the NFC West since 2020. This would be one hell of a way to end a streak without a division title.
By the way, on a national scale at SBNation.com, it seems like many outside observers see the Seahawks as the top team in the playoff picture.
