The city of Philadelphia is gearing up for the Super Bowl parade on Friday, their second in the past decade.
Local area schools have already announced closure for this marquee event, as the entire city is slated to rally around the Super Bowl champions and celebrate accordingly.
There’s not a parade without a barrage of adult beverages, and this city is known to throw them down.
Saquon Barkley wanted to get the party started early for his offensive linemen, as John Clark recently reported.
As a result of winning the big game, Barkley gifted all of his linemen a truckload of Bud Light, enough to even last these large humans a long time.

Offensive line gifts are common for quarterbacks to dole out, but it’s not often that a running back spends as big as Barkley did.
Of course, he was the league’s leading rusher this year, and with the Eagles’ line being among the best in the league, he certainly had plenty of help in getting to that position.
The Eagles found a formula to beat the Kansas City Chiefs to stop a three-peat, and if they retain a lot of their top players, including Barkley, there’s no reason to believe that they can’t find themselves in this position again in 2025.
But, they can worry about the next season in a few weeks.
For now, the Eagles will enjoy a parade spent with some of the most passionate sports fans in the world, occupied by bushels of Bud Light, much thanks to Barkley.
