Sunday’s Wild Card Round of the NFL Playoffs continues this afternoon at 4:30 PM ET as the San Francisco 49ers take on the Philadelphia Eagles. The game will air on FOX, with the action being called by Kevin Burkhardt and Tom Brady.

This is another fresh matchup, with the teams not meeting during the regular season. The 49ers have battle through injuries, but like usual, Kyle Shanahan had his team competitive despite having to mix with two quarterbacks for parts of the season. Prior to last week’s game against Seattle, Brock Purdy was red hot.

Meanwhile, the Eagles are the defending Super Bowl Champions, but it’s felt like another odd season for them. They’ve lost to quite a few playoff teams, and their offense feels like it’s been struggling to find its footing all season. However, I think their defensive play and the fact that the 49ers were in too many shootouts recently will be a detriment to them, as Saquon Barkley is leaned on here. Eagles 24, 49ers 20.
