Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold has accomplished something that was only previously accomplished by Hall of Fame quarterback Tom Brady, Peyton Manning, Brett Favre, and Aaron Rodgers: win 13 games in consecutive seasons.
Following the Seattle Seahawks’ 27-10 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday, the Seattle Seahawks improved to 13-3 on the season with one game left on their schedule.
The Seahawks’ 13-3 record (which will wind up being either 14-3 or 13-4, depending on the result of Sunday’s game) comes after Darnold finished the 2024 season with a 14-3 record as the starting quarterback for the Minnesota Vikings.

With one game left in the season, Darnold has completed 67.2% of his passes (a career-high) for 3,850 yards, 25 touchdowns and 14 interceptions.
Despite their 13 wins, the Seahawks have yet to clinch the NFC West title, as the San Francisco 49ers are hot on their tail. In fact, the winner of the Week 18 matchup between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers will not only determine the winner of the NFC West but also the #1 overall seed in the NFC playoffs.
