New Orleans clearly sees talent still available.

With training camp getting increasingly closer, expect the New Orleans Saints to make several roster moves. As we have already seen them make some signings and invite players to practice, but unlike the previous year, this is more about competition than injuries. This is a smart way for head coach Kellen Moore to keep the competition in practice and ever-evolving, but also see if they can hit on some available talent. The UFL is one of the places where teams are scouting for talent, including the Saints, who announced the official signings of offensive linemen Barry Wilson, tight end Seth Green, and cornerback Jayden Price.

Before the moves became official, Seth Green and Barry Wesley were known signings, but Jayden Price is the new name. The former Renegades cornerback had a really good season in pass coverage, but he is also a great kick/punt returner. The cornerback competition on the Saints roster is going to be one of the main ones to watch throughout training camp, and potentially, Price can make an impression on the coaching staff. If not, maybe he can find a place on special teams.

With the signing of these three UFL players becoming official, the Saints also announced that they waived cornerback Travion Fluellen and running back Xazavian Valladay.
