Saints could get two important pieces back on offense

Injuries have been an issue the New Orleans Saints have dealt with throughout the season, but the team is slowly beginning to get healthy again (besides the players out for the year). Injury prevention was a focus for the Saints during the offseason, and most of the injuries the team has dealt with were not really preventable. Two, in particular, happened before training camp, and those were Taysom Hill and Foster Moreau. Both were placed on PUP at the beginning of the season with the timetable for their return unknown, but today, head coach Kellen Moore announced that the TE duo can return to practice this week.

Hill and Moreau returning to this team is massive news for the Saints. The TE room has been a fine part of the offense, with Juwan Johnson being the primary target. Moreau will take some pressure off of Johnson and can secure that second-string spot. Regarding Hill, the Saints will get back one of the best short-yard rushers in the league and an immediate red zone contributor.
