The fallout from this disastrous Jets season begins
I suppose some teams really just might not deserve nice things. If any team matches that description it would probably be the New York Jets, who have looked about as inept as possible over the course of their league-leading playoff drought.
It appears that budding superstar wide receiver Garrett Wilson may be coming to that same conclusion, as Rich Cimini of ESPN lobbed out rumors of an upcoming Garrett Wilson trade request.
Honestly, though, I can’t blame him. I can’t say that I’d want to play for this team if I were in his shoes.
Notably, this report comes on the heels of Wilson being caught showing emotion on the sidelines in the team’s most recent win.
He clarified that video later this week, essentially providing context around what he said.
Whether these two videos are linked are anyone’s guess, but I can’t imagine his frustration with the offense is helping the situation.
