New England Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers appears motivated ahead of the 2025 season.
His motivation extends beyond the field.
Peppers didn’t have the 2024 season he was hoping for with the Patriots, but he made it clear he’s ready for a bounce-back campaign.
In the meantime, he is also trying to kick off his second career in the midst of his day job.
Patriots safety Jabrill Peppers, who goes by ‘J.Pepp,’ has started a career as a rapper. He released his new single, “Point ’em Out.”

The eight-year NFL veteran was taken by the Browns in the first round of the 2017 NFL Draft and played two seasons in Cleveland before being traded to the Giants as part of the 2019 Odell Beckham deal.
He joined the Patriots as a free agent in 2022 and inked a three-year, $20 million contract before the 2024 season.
Jabrill Peppers has a clean slate in 2025.
The New England Patriots’ safety will be entering his ninth year in the NFL in 2025 and possibly coming off his most difficult season in 2024.
Peppers encountered legal problems in 2024 following an October arrest that put him on the commissioner’s exempt list for eight weeks.
Peppers was acquitted on all charges after he denied he choked or shoved the woman who had accused him.
A woman testified that Peppers grabbed her by the neck, slammed her against the wall, and pushed her down the stairs after another man called her cell phone several times while they were in bed.
Peppers said from the stand that he told police he believed “she was trying to do all this to mess up my career,” according to The Boston Globe.
Footage ultimately helped him as they showed Jabrill Peppers asking the naked woman to repeatedly leave his house.
After the verdict was announced, Peppers said he “knew eventually the truth would come to light.”
