The Baltimore Ravens beat the New York Jets on Sunday to notch their fifth straight win and take over first place in the AFC North. They have a short week before hosting the Cincinnati Bengals on Thanksgiving. Here is the latest news coming out of Week 12!
The Ravens came out of Sunday’s game with some notable injuries. Both Lamar Jackson (toe) and Kyle Hamilton (ankle) were non-participants in Monday’s walkthrough, though that may be the new normal for Jackson. John Harbaugh was optimistic about his status, but would only say that Hamilton has a “chance” to play on Thursday night. The All-Pro safety only left the game for two plays after going down in the second quarter and will likely push to play against Cincinnati.
Defensive tackle Taven Bryan left the game with a knee injury and could be placed on injured reserve, per Harbaugh. That would create a game day roster spot for another defensive lineman, which could finally give rookie Aeneas Peebles some snaps. The Ravens could also call on Josh Tupou or David Olajiga from the practice squad.
Unrelated to Sunday’s game, outside lienbacker Adisa Isaac had a setback in his recovery from preseason surgery to repair a dislocated elbow.
“We thought he was going to have a chance here in the next couple of weeks, and he had a setback,“ said Harbaugh.

And we play four – we play the Steelers twice, and we play the Bengals twice in the next few weeks. So, that’s going to be it right there.”

John Harbaugh on Jordan Stout: “He’s made a big jump this year. I think he’s kind of found himself. Sometimes you have to figure out, what type of a punter am I going to be? And I think he’s really punting to his strengths.”
Lamar Jackson on another slow first half: “We need to execute better…We just have to put points on the board. Our defense has played ‘lights out’ for the last few weeks. Started to play well in Miami, but the last few weeks, I feel like we need to put points on the board and execute drives.”
