Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson returned to practice on Friday after missing Thursday’s practice and being limited on Wednesday with an ankle injury. With returning to practice on Friday, Jackson is on track to play against the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday.
It’s unclear how serious his ankle injury is, and it’s likely the Ravens were just being cautious given the multitude of injuries he’s already dealt with. This marks the fourth straight week where Jackson has missed at least one practice.
Jackson has already missed several games this season due to injury. From Weeks 4-8, he was sidelined with a hamstring injury. Then he popped up on the injury report again with a knee injury in Week 11 and an ankle injury in Week 12.

The Steelers had no answer for the Buffalo Bills’ rushing attack in Sunday’s embarrassing 26-7 loss.
It was a historic performance by Buffalo, as the Bills’ 249 yards rushing were the most ever for a road team at Acrisure Stadium. The Bills’ 249 yards rushing was the most at Pittsburgh by an opposing team since 1975 (Buffalo – 310 yards on 9/28/75).
The Ravens’ rushing attack will be another daunting task for the Steelers, especially with Jackson under center. The Steelers allowed the Ravens to rush for 299 yards in last year’s Wild Card round playoff loss.
When Jackson has played this season, he has looked like his normal self for the most part, completing 130 of his 195 passes (66.7%) for 1,595 yards, 15 touchdowns and just three interceptions. He’s also added another 237 yards and a score on the ground.
After starting the season 1-5, Baltimore rattled off five straight wins to take back the lead in the AFC North, which they are now the favorites to win.
The Ravens and Steelers both stand at 6-6 heading into Week 14. The winner of Sunday’s game will be in the driver’s seat to win the AFC North.
