Ravens complete HC interview with Broncos QBs coach Davis Webb
Baltimore Beatdown Baltimore Beatdown

The Baltimore Ravens interviewed Davis Webb for their head coaching vacancy on Thursday, per a team announcement.

Webb, 30, has been the Denver Broncos’ quarterbacks coach for three seasons and added pass game coordinator to his title this year. Not only has he been instrumental in the development of Bo Nix, he has built a strong culture inside the team’s quarterback room. Third-stringer Sam Ehlinger declined the Colts’ offer of a 53-man roster spot and potential playing time after Daniel Jones’ injury, partly out of a desire to stay in Denver with Webb.

“We’re really happy here and enjoy the organization, the path we’re on and what we’re building. I want to be part of that,” Ehlinger said at the time. He stood to earn more on the active roster in Indianapolis, but opted to remain on the Broncos’ practice squad. That speaks volumes about Webb’s influence.

Still, Webb feels like a longshot for Baltimore’s head coaching gig. He would be the youngest active head coach in the NFL and the second-youngest of all-time, trailing Sean McVay by two days. That would be a major dice roll for a Ravens team that is looking for a head coach that can keep them in contention in 2026.
