With Sunday’s results, the Pittsburgh Steelers lost sole ownership of the AFC North’s perch. Mike Tomlin’s team has been at least tied for the division lead all season, but John Harbaugh’s Baltimore Ravens have caught back up.

The Steelers began the campaign by tearing off wins in four of their first five outings, including a 21-14 win over Mike Vrabel’s New England Patriots that remains a feather in their cap. However, the Steelers have dropped four of their past six, and frustration is building, especially after Sunday’s 31-28 road loss to the Chicago Bears.

The Ravens, meanwhile, got off to a 1-5 start and lost two-time Associated Press NFL MVP Lamar Jackson during that stretch. The uniquely talented quarterback has since returned from the hamstring injury that sidelined him, and Baltimore has peeled off five wins in a row, including Sunday’s 23-10 home triumph over the New York Jets, who had benched former Steelers passer Justin Fields earlier this week.

Head-to-head results, divisional record and conference marks are all taken into account as tiebreakers, in that order. The Steelers visit Baltimore in Week 14, then the Ravens take a trip to the Steel City in Week 18. Both clashes will undoubtedly go a long way in deciding things.
