According to the legendary Colin Cowherd the Los Angeles Rams may not be happy with how Cooper Kupp leaked their intent to try and trade him. Whereas I get where L.A. is coming from, I don’t blame Kupp at all. Kupp is trying take control of a situation that he really doesn’t have much control over.

Cooper shared that he wanted to stay with the Rams, and the Rams want to move in a different direction. As a Rams fan, I am team first, but as a human being I can’t blame the man. Not to mention Kupp helped the team win a Super Bowl, so he can’t really do any wrong in my book.

It’s just an interesting situation as the Rams also try to figure out what they want to do with Matthew Stafford. Wild times in the world of the Rams.

Cowherd: Rams ‘not real happy’ with Cooper Kupp making trade plans public (msn.com)

“Cooper Kupp announced on Feb. 3 that the Los Angeles Rams informed him of their plans to seek “a trade immediately.” It signaled the end of an era for Kupp in L.A., though the team has yet to move the veteran receiver almost two weeks later.

His announcement on social media caught everyone off guard, potentially even the Rams. Colin Cowherd of FOX Sports said on Thursday that the Rams are “not real happy” that Kupp went public “with something they tried to keep quiet.”

Rams ready to trade Matthew Stafford after ‘tiring’ of his outspoken wife... and his exit could affect Aaron Rodgers (dailymail.co)

“The LA Rams could trade Matthew Stafford to the New York Giants and replace him with Aaron Rodgers, Colin Cowherd has sensationally claimed.

Stafford’s future in Los Angeles appears uncertain after his wife Kelly publicly hit out at the Rams last week for putting his teammate and good friend Cooper Kupp on the trading block.

‘My husband wants to win. He’s not trying to put a team in a bad situation,’ Kelly said on her ’The Morning After’ podcast. ’I will say the trading away of Cooper, I’m confused... because we were one play away from going to the NFC Championship, and I think if we go, win win.’”

Could Rams’ Cooper Kupp Be on His Way to the AFC? (si.com)

“Denver’s primary directive this offseason will be to find more weapons for their young passer, Bo Nix, after his promising rookie campaign. Kupp would certainly provide Nix with the safety blanket and sure-hands this Broncos offense needs to take the next steps. Broncos HC Sean Payton is notorious for his intricate system and play-calling, which would bode well for a veteran like Kupp – as opposed to adding a young receiver in the draft – given his high IQ”.”
