Please take our surveyOpening week is upon us as the Los Angeles Rams welcome the Houston Texans to SoFi Stadium Sunday afternoon. The Rams and Texans are two of the younger teams in the NFL and both have realistic post season aspirations for 2025. Strong quarterback play should be on display, with LA quarterback Matthew Stafford confirmed to be starting the game after missing all of camp with back issues and Houston’s 2023 Rookie of the Year C.J. Stroud looking to bounce back after a down sophomore campaign.

The Rams (-3) open as slightly favors in this game, giving three points to the Texans (+3) according to FanDuel.

Despite LA not having their quarterback and starting left tackle most of the summer due to injury, Los Angeles comes into the game with a surprisingly healthy roster including Stafford and LT Alaric Jackson, who are both expected to be ready to go. This is a far contrast from the past two seasons where the team dealt with an absurd amount of injuries to star players, attributing to slow starts in both 2023 and 2024. The team will look to come out with a much stronger start in 2025, having no major injuries on the roster.

National confidence is high on Los Angeles, with the team regularly being selected as potential NFC West champions by sports outlets, but how do the fans feel?

Answer the survey above and let us know how confident you are feeling about the team heading into the first match up of the season!
