The Los Angeles Rams travel to take on the Philadelphia Eagles at 1:00pm (ET) for their second early-window game in a row in Week 3 od the NFL season, and this may be the biggest NFC matchup of the weekend.
This game is huge for Philly and the Rams.
The Green Birds are the best team in the NFL after winning the Super Bowl last year, and they have the roster to back it up. Jalen Hurts has been ascending the last couple seasons (though he does have yet to throw a touchdown pass this year), Saquan Barkley is the best running back in the league, the Philly defense is to be taken seriously and when they put it all together, it’s hard to see the Rams coming away with a win here today.
If L.A. wants to show they are a top team in not just the NFC, but the NFL, they win today. It’s that simple. They’ll need to limit explosives and create big plays of their own, so they know what to do, but can they pull it off?
