The Las Vegas Raiders have a new regime, led by Josh McDaniels and Dave Ziegler. Both of these men aim to turn the Raiders into a contender in the competitive AFC, which is home to several dominant football teams.
Adding Chip Kelly as offensive coordinator and focusing on the offense this offseason has fans hoping to see an explosive offense. With Geno Smith as the new quarterback and with the weapons around him, it could help lead the team to be one of the most improved football teams in the NFL.
