We’re into the first month of the Las Vegas Raiders’ 2025 offseason after a 2024 season which didn’t go as hoped and the team is looking toward the future. We’re collecting all the news, injury reports, signings, rumors, and everything you need to follow the Raiders and the NFL in the month of January.
We’ll update everything below in reverse chronological order:
January 18
10:09 a.m.: Rob Ryan, who was on the Raiders’ coaching staff for the past three seasons, has landed at USC.
January 16
2:29 p.m.: Raiders’ assistant special teams coach Kade Rannings will coach at the East-West Shrine game. It is unknown if Rannings will be kept on the new Las Vegas coaching staff.
January 15
6:13 a.m.: The Indianapolis Colts are hosting a game in 2025 in Berlin. The Raiders play at the Colts this season, so this is a possibility.
January 13
1:47 p.m.: The Raiders signed another player to a future contract.
January 11
6:10 p.m.: Patrick Graham interviewed for the Jaguars’ head coach vacancy. Graham was considered a head coach candidate last offseason and it was recently reported that he turned down a contract extension with the Raiders.
January 8
4:21 p.m.: The Raiders are offering their support for all of those affected in the Los Angeles wildfires.
10:20 a.m.: Former Raiders’ GM Reggie McKenzie is getting interest in Tennessee.
9:29 a.m.: Cameron Dicker was named the AFC special teams player of the week for his performance in Week 18 against the Raiders.
8:28 a.m.: Raiders rookie tight end Brock Bowers was named first-team All-Pro from the NFLPA, which players vote on. The official All-Pro team is from the Associated Press and that will be announced Friday.
January 7
2:13 p.m.: The Raiders signed another player to a future contract.
8:40 a.m.: Raiders defensive end Maxx Crosby was honored by his teammates as the Commitment To Excellence winner for the fourth straight time.
January 6
1:04 p.m.: The Raiders announced the signing of 12 players to 2025 future contracts. Most were on the practice squad.
January 3
3:14 p.m.: The Raiders announced the death of former wide receiver and longtime team administrator Morris Bradshaw. He played for the Raiders from 1974-81 and was a two-time Super Bowl winner. He was 72 years old. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.
2:49 p.m.: Raiders’ running back Alexander Mattison was honored for his cooperation with the media this season. Congrats and thank you.
